High Season (December 15-April 14)- US$ 2100/week
Holiday Season (Week of Christmas & New Year)- Minimum 2 weeks, US$ 2750/week

Rates include weekly maid service, pool cleaning, garden maintenance, cable TV and wireless internet.
We are happy to arrange car rental and airpot pick-up for our clients.
Reservations will be held for 7 days. 50% deposit is required to firm up the reservation. Balance of the rent plus US$ 500 damage deposit will be required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Refund Policy: 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will not be any refund for cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date.
